Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FitFat handles information when you use the app. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app.
1. What FitFat does (and does not) do
FitFat is designed as an on-device tracker for training and nutrition.
- Tracks: workouts (exercises, sets, reps, weights), meals/foods, and related notes you enter.
- Does not: create accounts, log you in, or sync your logs to our servers.
- Does not: fetch personal data from external services.
2. Data we process
The app processes only the information you choose to enter, such as workout history, nutrition/meal entries, and app preferences. This information is stored locally on your device.
3. Where your data is stored
FitFat stores your data on your phone (local app storage). We do not operate a cloud database for your FitFat entries.
Note: Your device or app store platform may provide optional backup/restore features. If you enable device backups, your FitFat data may be included in those backups according to your platform settings.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your FitFat tracking data with third parties because it is not uploaded to us.
5. Third-party services
FitFat does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not use third-party analytics that track you across apps.
6. App permissions
FitFat aims to request only the permissions necessary for features you choose to use. If a permission is required, your device will ask you at the time of use and you can deny it.
- Network access: not used to upload your workout/nutrition logs to our servers.
- Notifications (if enabled): may be used for reminders you choose to set.
- Storage access (if applicable): may be used only for features like export/import you initiate.
7. Data security
Your entries remain on your device, so you control access. We recommend enabling a device passcode/biometric lock to help protect your local data.
8. Data retention and deletion
Your FitFat data is kept on your device until you delete it (for example, by clearing entries inside the app or uninstalling the app). If you use device backups, removal may depend on your backup provider’s retention behavior.
9. Children’s privacy
FitFat is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (and we do not run a service that receives your FitFat data).
10. International use
Because FitFat does not upload your entries to our servers, your workout and nutrition logs are generally processed only on your device. Your platform provider may process backups depending on your settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
